If you have still not received your order a very long time after the seller dispatched it or you are not satisfied with the item(s) received, they recommend you first communicate with the seller to try & resolve the issue. In the event you can reach an agreement with the seller including "Return", "Refund" or "Item Replacement"; or you are unable to reach an agreement with the seller, you can apply for a refund through opening a dispute within four 4-120 days after your order was dispatched (this period is counted from the day the seller provided the order tracking number). note that you won't be able to open a dispute after 120 days.
